riderpitts and ridereazy-e were all being observed in awe by the rest of the class as they destructed 7 bikes in an all-comers free for all at an LA Fitness spin class. Smoke and sparks were seen trailing the stationary bikes including one which actually started to move bucking like a rented burro. No power meter could gauge the force.

Spin class was great and the more riders that we get to show up the better. I am up for other locations/classes whenever you guys want. rider Eazy E tells me that the scenary is better at the South Ken La Fitness than the Marylebone one.

RiderCurtis and I can be found Monday mornings at 6:30 at David Lloyd for a lights out spin class. Great music, energy, and a great way to start off the week.
