riders on valentines day

As the rest of the numbnuts were buying flowers and fancy dan dinners for their lady friends - 4 hardcore ranch cyclists were evaluating their lactic acid thresholds with Dr. Andy Reid. They win. RiderCali, RiderTurbo, RiderPitts, and Londons newest millionaire - RiderCrespo.

Maintain cadence and wattage, then flatten the lactate curve before it goes exponential, homies. Mine's a 3rd degree polynomial according to Dr. Andy, and I'm in serious need of threshold work. BTW, Ridermama's valentine wish is to test the lactate after she's done lactating.

the best part of the testing was the fish and chips afterwards! we should plan another testing midsummer.

Well done guys!!

It looks like good stuff and it's definitely helpful for the training...

...we now need to do more group cycling at least during the weekends...Richmond park is not amazing but it is an easy option...

Stay strong!
