Ridermama and Riderturbo had a brisk 2007 season opener ride on Sunday in Turville. Thermal socks and booties kept our tootsies toasty over a gentle tempo ride that kept heart rates low and the scenery pleasant. Our black lab Jake guarded the car after a romp up to the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang windmill and we chomped on seeds, fruit and skimmed-milk afterward for a complete carb/protein recovery. Its lookin' good for 2007 on the Ranch.
