Fri - spin pm
Sat - richmond ride with ridercali...he's very strong on the climbing...I still need to practice how to get these 85kg up the slopes...
Sun - off
Today I'll compensate and will go running in the evening rather than have a day off...and tomorrow I should wake up on time for the spin class (tue am is the bet looking instructor so that is one I do not want to miss)
