riderosito has volunteered to organize a light ride on sat. followed by him hosting a lugano style bbq for all the riders from the ranch. Riderosito is the cycle in cyclepassion - so we need to lobby to have some of the ladies present.

Friday's thoughts by ridercrespo
HOW TO STAY YOUNG
1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height.
2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.
(Keep this In mind if you are one of those grouches)
3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop." And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and Lots of time with HIM/HER.
6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with you your entire life is yourself. LIVE while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.
8. Cherish your health.
9. SPIN your legs!!!!!

NEW DESIGN
The design is great!! Many thanks for taking care of this and pushing things forward!!!
It looks a lot better with the Ranch and London around the logo...and we still managed to keep the lady here and there...

Remington is the name and triming the activity
Muchachos,
Saturday morning we left London for beautiful Turville. What a day!!! Car was totally packed: riderchiche, ridercali, burritoman – who just joined the party to escape the London urban jungle and make some progress on the CFA studies- and riderrulo- who we are trying to sign up for the ranch cycling team. Four bikes in the small Audi A4. We got there at 12:30 and started riding at 13:00. Beautiful day, blue skies, warm weather. Riderchiche rode stronger than the Italian stallion could deliver those punches to the evil Drago. Ridercali, surprised the whole party on the climbing. We wonder how he managed to pull that strong performance in “la subida de la muerte”. Luckily for us, we realized he was riding a compact crank. Nevertheless the kid is riding very strong!!! The one how surprised us all was riderrulo: the kid is going fast, he is a natural. Lastly, I want you to all know that I’m drafting a letter for Cervelo. Something is wrong the the Soloist Carbon frames of 07. They are slow and don’t climb well. Something has to change. We rode for 2hs and headed back to London. Very interesting conversations on they way back. Guess the way forward is the Remington.
We end up the day with an early dinner at the Holy bush in Hampstead…

LAST WEEK TRAINING
I should continue to work on my aerobic capacity. Based on my lack of sports history, my heart rate goes up very quickly and stays there while I exercise...even on my long run (60/70mins) at quiet pace (11km/h), hr goes up to aroud 165 and stays around there for the duration of the exercise...any suggestions on how to work on this is appreciated!
