I should continue to work on my aerobic capacity. Based on my lack of sports history, my heart rate goes up very quickly and stays there while I exercise...even on my long run (60/70mins) at quiet pace (11km/h), hr goes up to aroud 165 and stays around there for the duration of the exercise...any suggestions on how to work on this is appreciated!
Mon - off
Tue - spin am / run pm
Wed - spin pm
Thur - run pm
Fri - spin am
Sat - Turville ride (great day! big blue sky!)
Sun - Hyde park run (12.4k)
Today is off again and I should be back spinning tomorrow...
