Official blog of the Ranch Cycling Team
Welcome to the ranch dirk, it is an honuor and pleasure to have such a strong rider on the team.Let me tell you about my day so far.. market is dead, screens are blank so I just went for a 45 minutes run by the canal..was sunny and fresh.. It is good to see there is a world out there!!Let's ride it!!!
Dirk - welcome and thank you. Eazy-e, you are making the rest of us sitting in front of our screens very envious! any LA fitness members up for spinning one night this week?
good afternoon, ridersanybody up for a ride this coming weekend? looking to take the train and do a 3 hour endurance ride with some hills....saturday, or sunday....
also: if you (like me) HAVE to eat during x-mas times....skip dinner by training late, and then drinking as much water as possible...you wont feel hungry until you fall asleep... it give you a couple of pounds "cushion" for the festivities...and you dont look like jan ulrich in winter-times, coming back from x-mas..
dear fellow riders,is a pleasure to be part of such an interesting community. Riderpittsy’s efford to put together a fellowship like this must be rewarded. Pittsy we are working on getting you some good quality meat for dinner. On a side note, I want to share with you my findings on fixed gears bikes and messenger community. First please check this link and let me know your thoughts on fixed gear/single gear bikes.http://www.63xc.com/gregg/101_1.htm
