Carbdeath

Whilst the bread-eating, pasta-puffing members stuff their biker bodies with useless carbs at the wrong time, Rider Stem Cell continues to optimize and multiply his ATP Factors (mitochondria) through a strict regime of Meat, Nuts, Veggies and Fruit.

You will pay!!!! RiderStemCells monster thighs will pummel the hills during the next race.......and leave everyone begging for more Halva!!!!!!!

Stemcell - what do you eat for breakfast - and don't give me any lip about you don't eat bfast because of your intermittent fasting - WHEN you eat bfast - what is it? Psycho. ;-)

let me explain: so the food goes into the cell - then sits there and if you dont use it - then they build up and its called fat like my friend crespo - but if you ride your bike then whoosh out it goes.

I only fast once a week every two months.

For breakfast, and I have been eating the same breakfast for almost 2 years:

8-10 Egg whites, 2 egg yolks-scrambled with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili pepper.

about 25 grams of walnuts and almonds.

200-400 grams of fruit (usually berries)

a piece of 70% dark chocholate

2-4 espresso
